"Went to these people via referral for a removal of a small skin issue. After removal went back to have the stitches out and they shut the clinic and told me to go to a GP to have them removed which cost me an extra $100. When I asked them to reduce their fee a little for the inconvenience and forced extra cost they refused. They manipulated the story. It was Appalling customer service. I raised the issue that they had not delivered their full service with Office of Fair Trading to get a resolution . $50. you can see how little they value the customer service. Avoid these people."

I was extremely nervous for the surgery but on the day the surgery receptionist was so warm and made me feel at ease. the nurses were extremely friendly and over all I would rate my experience very highly."
