"This place is just all round terrible. There’s no care in anything they do, they literally throw your sandwich around, ask questions only to repeat them 5 times because they aren’t even listening, and then grab the cookies with their gloves covered in vegetables and sauce. It’s the worst subway in Canberra without a shadow of a doubt, and they wouldn’t even disagree with me."
"Advertised 6 inch for $10.15 for my choice on the board. Didn’t order any extras just a 6 inch chicken and bacon ranch and got charged $15.10. Girl at the counter was I must admit flustered by customer in front trying to pay with gift cards that didn’t work, but still the board above said $10.15. I think I was charged for the big foot one even though she handed me my six inch one. Disappointing as this is the first time I went to Weston store."
"Absolutely bismal. This is easily the worst sub I have had at a Subway. The blatant disregard for any effort or care towards the meal is astounding. Asked for a toasted sub, disregard. Chicken schnitzel, uncooked and cold. Absolutely drowned in spicy mayo. Chicken bites cold as if they came straight from the fridge. As for the owner and staff. Expect a Health Protection Service representative to reach out. Just appalling."
"They're reaaalllly light on the toppings and sauces, kinda weird. The staff seem unfriendly to everyone, an they're more expensive than Woden despite being futher away from everything? It's always quiet in there because of the aforementioned reasons, so that's a plus."
"I placed an online order for two wraps, one fresh and one grilled. When I arrived to pick up the order, the staff were very unfriendly, abrupt, and blunt. The grilled wrap had grill marks but was cold inside, and the cheese was not melted. The salad was minimal on both, not what I would expect on a large wrap. I have received more salad when I have bought the same wrap at other Subway outlets. The cookies were hard, not like the soft ones I've had at other stores. I'm not sure whether they were overcooked or just old. I also note that this Subway charges a flat $1 surcharge on all orders. That is, if you place the same order at the Phillip franchise, it will cost $1 less. My advice, take a 3-minute trip to Phillip and place your order there."
