"I parked for the first time in basement 1 for free to shop at ALDI. Wilson Parking has been muscling its way around the ACT and many ALDI stores now require you to register with Wilson Parking which I'm happy to do. What shocked me was that while any shopper can park for FREE, disabled people have to PAY. Also, the ALDI employee had no idea about Wilson Parking when I inquired. A friendly shopper told me to enter my rego in the ticket machine. As with Coles across the road, I was shocked that this brand new building is LEAKING WATER. The bit of rain that we had permeated downstairs, between the columns, foundation and cracks in the wall. The images you see were taken on 24 June 2021 during mild rain. If I were the owner (and the builder), I'd be ashamed of the poor workmanship. Lucky it doesn't rain that much in the ACT. Either way, water flowing down between the walls, ceiling, floor, foundations is unhealthy for any building. The building substance could deteriorate and at the very least cause mold issues. Is this the quality levels the ACT accepts nowadays?"
