"Online shopping constantly items out of stock. Lots of items says in store only. What is the point doing my shopping online when i have to run around chasing individual items which woolworths refused to sell to me online, or where constantly out of stock. We have been online shopping for years now and we are sick of the games and will have to find another way to get our products. We rang woolworths and got no satisfaction out of our complaint ,because the staff member admitted he does not know anything about it."
"Did our large monthly shop and forgot to hit boost button on everyday rewards card to receive double Lego promo packs for the kids. Called up the next day and asked if I could come in and provide the evidence that I’d missed out and to my surprise they refused. It’s not like I wasn’t entitled to them it’s just that I forgot to hit the boost button. I feel that for a promo product that keeps the kids happy they should’ve been more accomodating, especially after I spent $727 on our shopping. It’s the little gaps in customer service that make you want to shop elsewhere which I think I’ll make the effort to do so."
