"talking smack about customers and being fatphobic isn't a good business idea. you simply say "sorry we don't have your size", not complain to the next customer (yes an employee complained to me!) that someone who's different dare walk into the store. clothes are over priced and i see the frays and loose stitching on many articles of clothing. and no, being pushy still doesn't make me buy your product. get real cuz even a kid can pick this stuff out!"

"Please do not support this business. The quality of their products do not justify their prices (several Google reviews reflect this), they do not pay their employees a legal wage (from word of mouth by two former employees), they do not take constructive criticism well at all (please see other Google reviews where the owner has replied, in a very unprofessional manner), which is essential for a growing business (how can one improve without adequate feedback?). Definitely not a business I recommend supporting, at this stage. EDIT in response to reply from business owner: definitely not a fake review. I'm very much a real person with real experiences. I would never post a fake review, only very honest reviews to help my local community make an informed decision when choosing which businesses to support. "Make sure you talk to the staff here about what you want before buying. Best thing about this shop was the lovely lady who served me. I knew nothing about leather jackets. But as soon as I said I want one I can wear outside of freezing cold weather as I was from Qld she pointed me to some great lighter jackets more classic in style that I’d probably not found myself. I’ve wanted a proper good quality leather jacket for years. I’m very pleased to have one now. I cannot fault the classic style lamb leather Italian jacket I bought."

"I've always wanted a coat like this so I was excited to buy one as a gift to myself after hitting a few big goals this year. And the lady who sold me the coat was helpful and friendly. So you can imagine my disappointment when, less than two months later, two of the buttons started to fall off. They have skimped on several areas of stitching, and most notably that includes the fact that only half the buttons are secured with a backing button, and not the one directly in line with the pockets, which seems like an odd choice. When I returned to the store to raise this concern, the initial response (from a different lady this time) was passive-aggressive suggestions that I should repair the coat myself. A label was also coming off, and she suggested I should just cut this one off. This would be an unacceptable level of quality and subsequent customer service response for a $50 coat from Big W, let alone a $360 coat. So even though I really like the look, unfortunately I cannot recommend this store."
