Love the set up of kids climbing up to sit at the right height to then be fitted. Digital queueing is also really effective. We were in and out, fitted and bought 3 pairs of shoes in less than 30mins and it was a busy Saturday!"
"I went to the store this afternoon and both of the employees were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly kind and patient with my daughter and made the whole experience a positive one. The main lady who served us (I'm sorry that I didn't catch her name!) was very knowledgeable about the products and worked really hard to find us the right shoes. I really love how she interacted with my daughter, especially when she explained to her what was happening so she knew what to expect and that she asked my daughter if it was ok to touch her when helping her take on and off the shoes."
