Hi, I'm Dimity Sheather, the Service Manager of Springbank Rise by Busy Bees. I have been with the center since 2017, starting as a trainee educator and working my way up through various roles. I am dedicated to providing a high level of education and care for all children who attend Springbank Rise, fostering their sense of identity, self-confidence, and love for learning. Together with my passionate team, we prioritize outdoor and nature play, community engagement, and child-led learning experiences to enhance children's skills and knowledge.

Hi, I'm Adrianne, the Assistant Service Manager of Springbank Rise by Busy Bees. With a passion for child development and a love for children, I entered the Early Childhood Sector after my youngest child started school. I have worked across all rooms and ages as an assistant educator before receiving my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I believe in providing a safe and secure environment for children, families, and educators, and I enjoy building responsive and nurturing relationships with each child and their families. In my spare time, I love being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my family and pets.
