Ambrosia Cafe Restaurant

"Noticed this open a few months ago. First thing notice is how fresh the decor is and how clean the restaurant is. The large windows at the front allow lots of light in. Seating is plenty and nicely spaced. We were there for breakfast. It is a separate menu and there is plenty of choice from simple toast to their big breakfast. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly, whites were solid with nice runny yolks. Tasty hollandaise sauce. My eggs Benedict had plenty of bacon and they didn't skimp on the sauce. Also appreciate can choose what toast you want. The big breakfast had plenty of options and was also tasty. And both are very good value for money. Definitely feel get what we paid for and was full after. Finally ☕ was ok. It wasn't burnt most importantly. As it is located in the Greenacres shopping centre, plenty of parks. I am looking forward to trying them for dinner, hopefully the quality continues."

"Super clean and well presented Cafe nestled in the Greenacres shopping complex. This place is large, well fitted out and all appears neat and clean. Just stopped in for a coffee before work on this occasion so cannot comment on the food. The coffee was hot enough, flavour was ok but the milk was not textured correctly (as can be seen by excessive bubbling). Probably a place that will keep the locals happy. Looks like they do a lot of takaway also."

"Delicious food, very clean and tidy environment, and good, prompt service. This place is definitely worth a visit with its extensive menu + dessert menu (waffles!) - you would be spoilt for choice! Prices are reasonable too. Pizzas are wood oven made - thin crispy base and lots of flavour. Chicken parmi was delicious, even had salad on side and crispy chips. Would be back for the rest of the menu."

"Ambrosia is the new jewel on North East Road. There are lots of positive points about this restaurant and you will notice them as soon as you walk in. Warm atmosphere with a very large sitting area, which is great for families and groups of friends. Then, cleanliness is what attracts your attention. The sitting area is well maintained and clean and tidy, as well as the kitchens (you can see the kitchen from the front of the house). Then you get to see the grand wood oven on the far right corner of the restaurant, which is quite cool to see in action with hot wood burning inside it. This is all before you get to see the menu. The menu is well designed with, again, a very large range of food, drinks, and desserts. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They speak politely and are very respectful. I enjoyed my food and would highly recommend this restaurant to you to try out."

"Friendly and inviting restaurant. I ordered the garlic prawns which were expertly cooked. Everything on the plate including the veggies, rice and sauce was just delightful. A had a slice of the prosciutto pizza too, pretty good too, lots of care had been taken to put this together. Delicate, thin crust and well cooked all over. I'll be back for sure"
