Reviews
"Very well maintained little park with lovely views and wildlife encounters. Perfect after work de-stress location. The only downside is the nearest restroom is 10 mins walk away."
"A lovely little park to eat, drink and play at. There's a beautiful little creek running through the middle of the park with ducks and ducklings. The only detraction for this park is that there are no public toilets available."
"A lovely park that's a little bit hidden so doesn't get overly crowded. The purple & white wisteria spilling over the pergola is spectacular when in bloom & the perfume is amazing. It's also a great spot if you're interested in photography as you have easy access to a range of bird life including black swans, superb fairy wrens, reed warblers, purple swamphens, ducks, white faced herons & swallows. The very best time is when you get to see the cygnets & baby swamphens. Whether for a picnic, just to chill or take photos - it's a very special place."
"Great little park to sit and chill in the sun. Beautiful setting and so much bird life to watch and just the day go by. Medusa absolutely loves it."
"A bit of a surprise as I walked the east basin loop. I had noticed the park from afar when visiting the foreshore in the past, not giving it much thought. But today I took the time for a look around. Not huge, but a couple of bridges crossing a network of small streams. Benches located in a few strategic locations, a covered BBQ area. All in all, not bad. A word of warning, the sprinklers come on at 2am."
