"Shocked to find tiny cockroaches and ants in the rooms we had booked. One room was right behind the rubbish bins. Exhaust fans in bathrooms not working so could smell mould inside. When we addressed this to the hotel staff they were not too interested to do anything! Paid a high price to stay in a very unhygienic and run down motel. Do something about this situation"
"A bit disappointed in the room we had,bed was not comfortable, TV was old and not up to date, wardrobe doors didn't slide properly you had to lift them to get them to work. Staff was friendly and professional. Close to shops was good"
"Dreadful, Room 2 stank of mould, Pool Cover a great pool of rotting leaves. Room 15 couldn't park safely due to Business Trucks, renting a room does not guarantee a PARK SPACE IN A MOTEL? No TV Reception! Friendly Staff, sometimes."
"Sad to say it is older style, & tarted up to look ok but floor creaked every footstep, bed was a shocker, no milk in fridge, no flannelette ( face washer ), carpet grubby, no soap holder in the shower, grounds grotty. Very disappointed ** only & will not stay there again. 11/03/2023."
"Clean room, shower was good tho only soap supplied. TV aerial plug into the wall was badly frayed, probably why the TV had limited reception. Motel was quiet except when the fire station over the road had a call out."
