Unfortunately we had an issue with one arm of the tent, but Tim was amazing and offered great advice as at that stage we weren't sure whether it was a user issue or a tent issue. Whilst that didn't work, when I called back and explained there was no issue with claiming warranty. I have now put up the new tent and it works perfectly.
