"Very long production time, poor communication regarding status, progress of order and very flimsy reason for delay (Chinese new year). Strangely this celebration didn’t impact the lead time for alternative suppliers of personalized products which were ordered and received within 2 weeks over the same period. This experience was capped off with appalling customer service when I queried the delay - an ETA end of March/early April for an order placed in early January is utterly rediculous and terribly inconvenient! No apology was offered. Zero F’s given in fact."
