There are never any surprises when you go in to pick up your vehicle. I have been using LK Automotive for family cars and have always recommended them to my friends. Just took my Lexus LS460 in for a major service, Ali has spent a full day in the car due to the complexity of this engine and the electronics. Lexus dealer told me there are a few parts need to be replaced in the suspension while in LK Automotive they found out that not all of them needed replacing and sent me photos of the current conditions of the current parts. I go to Lexus dealer to maintain the logbook stamped by the dealer, but there is no point in doing this anymore. We are so glad that LK Automotive was recommended to us when we moved to Canberra.
