"Showed up with unsafe tyres. Ask them to put on tyres I had spare at home and asked for a wheel alignment. They refused saying they can only fit tyres bought through them. Terrible service. Taking business of all three cars elsewhere - servicing, tyres, everything. A shame, i have already done a lot of business through them."

"Really grateful to the nice guys at mycar Tyre & Auto Fyshwick for prioritising and helping me. I must admit, I was pretty frazzled by the time I rang them. I'm an out of towner and was on my way home when my car broke down. I'd called about 10 random mechanics as I needed a destination before the tow truck would come (highly recommend ACTNOW towing); my 4G had hardly any reception where I was and kept dropping out and each mechanic I phoned said they wouldn't even be able to look at my car till the following week, let alone order parts and fix it. Luckily another mechanic recommended this place to me. I needed to get home as we all do after holidays. I was travelling alone, car packed to the brim with camping/camera gear etc and my beloved kayak on top. Over the phone they assured me they could look at my car asap and if a simple job fix it, also assured me if they needed the car longer they could safely secure it with my kayak on top locked inside their premises which was a great relief. True to their word, they looked at my car as soon as I came in even though they seemed busy. Parts were ordered that arrived the following day and they had the car all set up to work on so I was able to get out of there and get on the road asap to head home.
