"I received flowers from a dear friend who spent a lot of money at ‘all in bloom’ in trying to surprise me. On receipt of my flowers the water in the vase looked like swamp water (I wish I was over exaggerating). The Lilly’s were closed which was fine but the roses and other flowers in the arrangement looked wilted and half dead. Consequently, by the time the Lily’s opened the other flowers were well and truely dead. So at no point did this flower arrangement look nice. Very disappointing. I have photos of the receipt of the flowers and photos of the flowers 7 days later that I wish I could upload. When arranging a floral arrangement that includes Lily’s you need the freshest of other flowers. Don’t skimp and try to get rid of the older flowers, take them home and decorate your house, don’t charge customers top price for flowers that are past their use by date. Unfortunately the arrangement would have been lovely if fresh flowers were used. If I could have found a private contact to lodge this complaint I would have used it rather than post it publicly so you may want to make that easier to find on your webpage"
