"Our experience at Wild Bunch Adelaide Hills Florist has been nothing but a disappointment. Upon our first visit, my husband and I were walking in as we heard a loud argument from outside the store. Yelling and swearing from the owner. As humans we understand we all have bad days. Therefore, we gave the owner and business our benefit of the doubt. Although when we entered the store on our second visit it was unfriendly and uninviting. I wanted three fresh flowers, small stems which should have been effortless (As I didn’t need an arrangement made) although the owner sighed loudly and said she didn’t have time. I then said do you have any dried flower options which she walked out the back, sighed and said “Well what do you want”. I ended up walking out with nothing as I was unwilling to give her my business. I’m disgusted at this customer service experience and will never return. It’s one thing to be successful on phone orders and Instagram but if you have no customer service, it’s a business not worth having."
