"Was quoted for a cleaning service for our AC unit. Paid almost $300 for a technician to brush the dust off it with a dustpan and brush. Residue and dirt inside unit wasn’t cleaned. Contacted them to express our concern with the service and requested a phone call to discuss. No phone call, just an email that accepted no responsibility or fault of theirs. Was also overcharged and had to contact them about their invoice. Charged 90mins for a total call-out of less than 60mins. Just disappointing we’re out of pocket and still need to get another company to complete the works. (The technician seemed knowledgeable however he honestly admitted that they didn’t provide him with the info or the tools to clean it properly). Response to Duncan's Reply: I can confirm that you did not and have not called to remedy the issue (despite multiple requests via email). The 'discount' was infact not a discount as you incorrectly invoiced me an additional 30mins on the original invoice, then claimed to 'provide a discount' when I queried. Your offer for a technician to return and spray the fan-coil was not taken up as that was the least of our issues, and only your last minute suggestion once I expressed my concern with the original 'service'. I requested an internal clean of the AC unit, which your company evidently cannot undertake. I am ok with that, however I want to warn others that if they are seeking that type of cleaning service, they should look elsewhere. As I stated in my email correspondence, I don't doubt your company's expertise with plumbing and other services, however cleaning is just not your forte."
