"We visit this Grill'd regularly. The staff seem to be under too much pressure to be able to focus on quality customer service. Quite a few times our orders have been incorrect. When ordering takeaway, it is given to us already quite cold. Having said that, the burgers are still so tasty and well priced so we keep coming back!"

"The burgers are OK but give the sides a miss. When I arrived home with our takeaway order my kids thought I had eaten half the chips in the car. If I had know this paltry little excuse for a serve of chips was in was in my order before getting home I would have asked for a refund. I paid $4.90 for a few over salted slightly burnt bits of scrapings from their chip basket. Thumbs down Grill'd Manuka. :("

"Great healthy burgers, lots of vegan and vegetarian options as well as several meat options too. Favorite: Sir Truffle with mayo truffle and wagyu beef, Grill’d chips with herbs. Service was super nice and neat!"

"Usually enjoy a good burger at Grill’d but this time it was a bit of miss with the bun too dry and hard on top. I also forgot to ask not to put herb on the fries. But at least there weren’t too much salt. This Grill’d has a big indoor room. It seems to have a lot more seating capacity than the other locations in Canberra. Friendly service. Street parking can be tricky during lunch time. The underground car park at the nearby Coles could be an option."
