"One of the main attraction of this club is the sauna. In the last 3-4 months, it has been out of order more often than acceptable. The benches are broken and have been for months now. Anybody that can differentiate a hammer from a screwdriver would be able to fix this in a day and a few hundred dollars at Bunnings. Very disappointed by the complete lack of urgency management has in fixing this. I may consider removing this review once things are resolved and Club Lime take their job of maintaining their gyms more seriously."
"The pool is great, my boys enjoy the swim school and I find the teachers very good. But the parking is so bad ! If you can even get any parking you have to pay, and there isn’t an app so you have to get the three kids out and go to the extremely slow parking ticket machine and walk us all back to display the ticket. It’s one thing to have to pay but it’s such an ordeal. Last week we went 40 mins early trying to get a park and still late for lessons. There must be some way to ensure there is parking for patrons ? I have emailed about this and no reply. I am happy to park further away and walk but I don’t know where the parking is ? We have a disabled child and need there to be access for a pram and I haven’t so far found a place there is parking available. Even the paying etc is one thing but to show up and not know if you even can get a park on time for the lessons Is something else."
"Really good gym and location. Staff are nice enough. Huge issues with people walking in the gym barefoot all over the place. It is disgusting and staff rarely approach and walk past people walking barefoot without saying anything. Toilets could use more attention too."
"The gym us fine and the pool is fine. I normally go for the spa/sauna area. The spa and sauna are lovely, it does the job and is comfortable. BUT the change rooms in the pool are so disgusting, especially the toilets. I have never seen such dirty toilet walls in my whole life. Makes the experience of changing so unpleasant, and I wonder how often the pools/spa areas are cleaned too..."
