"Upon entering, I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly and welcoming reception staff, setting a positive tone for my visit. Their warmth and attentiveness immediately put me at ease, creating an inviting atmosphere that seemed promising. However, as I explored the facility further, I couldn't help but notice the signs of wear and tear. The play area exhibited a dated appearance, with visible signs of age and numerous broken parts. This detracted from the overall enjoyment as it raised concerns about safety and the overall maintenance of the facility. The state of cleanliness was also disappointing. The sticky residue on the ground was quite noticeable, giving an impression that the play area could benefit from a thorough and regular cleaning regimen. A clean and hygienic environment is essential for any play centre, especially when catering to young children. While the facility itself fell short of expectations, I must commend the staff for their exceptional customer service. Their dedication to making visitors feel welcome and comfortable truly stood out. Despite the shortcomings of the facility, the positive attitude and helpfulness of the reception staff added a redeeming quality to the experience. In conclusion, my visit to Kidzplore Indoor Play Centre was marked by a mixture of positive and negative elements. The friendly reception staff created a welcoming atmosphere, but the dated and unclean facility, along with broken parts, dampened the overall enjoyment. With improvements to the facility's maintenance and cleanliness, Kidzplore could create a more appealing and enjoyable environment for families seeking indoor play options."

"Most of the equipment is broken and not working. We have been here 3 times just this year and nothing is being fixed. Huge wear and tear signs almost on everything. Dirty bathrooms, half empty ball pit. On top of it no heating at all, so super cold this time of the year. So sad. It used to be a great play centre."

"Looks good but is grubby and the toilet facilities, especially in this day and age were a massive let down, as a single father with daughters. There is only a male and female toilet, no family toilet and NO CHANGE TABLES! So either I take my daughters into the men's toilet or me as a man has to go into the female toilets. I won't be coming again."

"Updated visit it’s been 2 years since our first review and while we love Canberra’s Indoor play centres we try to review them honestly as we revisit. Kidzplore needs a deep clean and repairs to some parts of the larger structures of some of the small equipment like the cars replaced. Kidzplore Fyshwick Ball Pit Ocean features a Large Ball pit area with a sea of blue and white balls , note many of the balls in the area are broken and need to be removed. Rainbow Tree (Signposted for children ages 5 to 10 years old , children must be accompanied by guardian) features 4 hanging play items, 1 knitted swing and 3 knitted balls. Considerable wear and junk built up on all the hanging features. Center of tree features vertical climbing , 3 levels. Top of the tree features knitted hideout Mack Transport Truck Soft steps into inside play area and inside the truck has lattice rope flooring and soft walls, originally inside was 4 hanging bull springs but only 1 is now inside . Play Projector on wall of ball pit Note on visit the screen was impacted by sunlight. Ball pit continues into small part of castle play structure that features some play elements. Castle play structures large spiral slide exits into ball pit area with soft landing mat. Note - Considerable dust built up on the outside surface of the slide. Inflatable moving ship 2 play cars note play condition declining on cars, especially broken wheels and no steering wheels (needs replacing) Castle Play Structure features elements: Log climbs, soft staircase, wall mirrors, Small zip line ball, Vertical spikes soft roller pin, 2x thin vertical roller pins, Hanging/swinging spiked soft ball, lattice climb to next level, lattice rope tunnel, Viewing windows on play walls, wide play slide, 3 diagonally hanging poles , upper obstacle level, and set of 3 wavy racer slides Toddler Area that features an area with soft wall boundary, Easy access to ball pit area, Whale plastic slide with steps, Small soft play items (wear and tear on some items) and Large hive soft play structure that has small soft stairs , soft climbs logs, and a small slide Mini Beach - was closed on visit with lights off but the entry point not closed off? The area had a sandpit and projector screen last visit and sand toys."

"Great place to organise family gatherings, and birthday parties and spend time with the kids. Lots of fun in here and food and drinks at a reasonable price. Around this place has lots of other fun businesses for adults for gathers and have some quality time with friends."
