Reviews
"Very fast, helpful, & friendly."
"Brilliant! When my parents moved into the area and their Webster packs were transferred to Greens, I could not believe how thorough the pharmacists were about preparing the packs. They phoned with any concerns they had about certain medications and to let me know they had already discussed it with my parents former GP and then their new one. They took all the worry away from me. Never have I experienced such care with pharmacists before. The staff were lovely and always very helpful. Thanks guys! Regards, Nickie Waddington"
"Was impressed with the very helpful and friendly pharmacist who helped me with my ear infection prescription!"
"friendly helpful staff, knowledgable pharmacists, been a customer for many years and never had a negative experience. always accomodating to needs, even brought script to car when I didnt have a mask. Ask nicely for help and you will get it."
"Edit: original review, then their reply, then mine. Worth a read. --- Filled a prescription here last month that came with 5 refills. Apparently the electronic prescription system is not automatic, and they gave me some piece of paper that I had to keep in order to get my remaining 5 refills, but didn't mention anything about keeping the paper. I don't have access to Medicare, so bottom line is I now have to pay out of pocket for another medical appointment to get the same prescription, but none are available until tomorrow, so I've got an unnecessary sleepless night ahead of me. I'm fine with whatever rules you have, but maybe let people know if the electronic system is not automatic and you have paperwork you need them to keep for refills. ---- Response from the owner We regret that you felt you did not have a good experience at our pharmacy and felt compelled to give us a one-star rating. It is unfortunate that the onus of misplacing or not keeping your hard copy prescription repeats was placed upon us. Firstly, we would like to clarify that the prescription that you wanted dispensed but could not provide was not an electronic prescription. It was a paper prescription, consisting of a repeat form attached to the original prescription, that is legally required and must be produced for dispensing medication repeats. This paper prescription cannot be automatically regenerated from a patient dispense history/record. Had there been any confusion or uncertainty on your part as to whether to retain the paper prescription repeats given to you, or how to obtain repeat supplies of a prescription, there are always plenty of opportunities to seek clarification from us. We are always there to help. It would have been good, too, had you included in your review a mention of our offer to advance you a partial supply of medication to tide you over in the event that you could not find your script at home or had to organise a new prescription from your doctor. Surely this offer, should you have taken it, would have prevented the 'unnecessary sleepless night' you mentioned. One would have thought that the above action on our part is a demonstration of our good intent to ensure continuity of care to our patients, despite unforeseen problems presented to us that we cannot always be held accountable for. --- My reply Dear r/BusinessTantrums, We regret that you felt compelled to respond to a factual recounting of a negative experience with a pointless non-apology. It is unfortunate that the onus of just saying "thanks for the heads up; we'll make a couple policy changes and either offer to keep a hard copy or let people know to keep the paper" was placed upon you. Firstly, I'd like to clarify that nobody has ever read a defensive non-apology review reply and said "gee, I really want these people who won't consider that they could have done things better to be in charge of the literal medicines I put in my body." Had there been any confusion on why this is a bad idea, I'm always here to help. It would have been good, too, for you to mention that you did not offer to keep the hard copy when I brought the initial prescription in. One would have thought that a simple suggestion arising from a negative experience is a demonstration that reviews are there to learn from."
