"Myself and my partner lived here for around 3 months. The apartment was clean and bright. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay and any requests were treated with care and dealt with promptly. The original couch wasn't very comfortable and we asked if it was possible to get a new one, this was not a problem for the team as they replaced the old with a new as soon as they could. The location is fantastic, close to Adelaide's East end where all of the best restaurants and bars are located. All of which were only a short walk (max 5 minutes). Great place to stay for a small group or even a couple looking for a nice city break for the weekend. Cheers Mark"
"Great apartments and service! Very clean building with everything we needed!"
"We are very disappointed in Swainson Apartments. We booked an apartment a few days ago. Large, bright, friendly and with a bathtub. After we had booked the room, the service employee called us and told us that we couldn't move into the room because the man who occupied the room at the moment couldn't see his flight. She then offered us another room. For the same price, however, with lower quality and without a bathtub. We reluctantly accepted the offer to accommodate the hotel. The service employee almost urged us on the phone to confirm the rebooking as soon as possible. The only funny thing was that shortly after the rebooking, the same room was available online again. Like it's her ploy to lure people in. That was not all. A day after we booked, we found out that SA's country borders were closed. We were/are in Victoria at this time. Because of this we cannot arrive. The manager still only refunds us half the money."
