"So many issues staying here to many to write 1. Check in delayed from 2pm to 4pm thats after calling hotel 3 times, otherwise who knows what time it would have been, drove from Melbourne with family 2.once we got the txt room ready we recieved directions to another hotel saying thats were keys must be picked and dropped off? It was like a sublet, wasted another 30mins, 3.stayed 4 nights not once did cleaners come or change towels 4. Went to reception just to be told you booked online its a different hotel that looks after were we were staying, we booked via booking.com? 5.asked for pool towels from reception same answer call other hotel 6. We were on 17th floor nice size rooms but cleaning of the place was bad, dirty sofas dirty floors have pictures, txted hotel have the txt and was told short staffed can do it again in 2days, really, and nobody turned up for 4 nights let alone in 2 days 7. Disappointed did complain but all went unheard offered and midday checkout and had to return key where we picked it up different hotel. 8. When booked didnt mention no cleaning or keys to be picked from different spot anyway as i said nice size rooms no milk nice pool sauna not working easy to walk around close to main parts of Adelaide As we had gone on the long weekend it felt nobody really cared as it all was booked out, i dont normally write reviews but everyone has the right to know especially if your travelling with young kids"
