"Wow…I do not have enough words to thank Kate for her incredible service provided to us and our Ragdoll. This was our second visit, and despite him having aggressive tendencies due to his anxitey, Kate was extremely accomodating, professional and compassionate towards our needs. We brought our cat in with severe matting (happend quite suddenly with all the shedding) and she made what I thought was going to be a lot more of a traumatic situation, quite the opposite. We have tried other groomers in Canberra, and I whole heartedly have to say that Kate has to be the best Canberra has to offer. We’re so lucky that there is someone of this calibre in the industry looking after our little one. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
