"Went late afternoon (4.30pm) and I was the only customer at that time. The barber didn’t even look up because he was too busy looking at his phone. Gave a pretty rough and too short a cut, didn’t listen to how I wanted it done. This was very upsetting. He had a very poor attitude. He charged me $30 instead of the advertised senior rate of $25 and when I pointed that out to him, he said it's $30. Perhaps something for the ACT consumer complaints to investigate about false advertising. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE - I would give ZERO if I could. In this day and age, this type of service is quite unacceptable."
"Went in for a haircut with my 4 year old son. The haircut was fine (a little slow but that didn't bother me). What annoyed me was the inconsistent advertised pricing. On their signs it should have totalled $53 for the both of us but ended up costing $60. The man said "yeah we have told the owner to fix it" but the man who cut my hair also said he was kind of a part owner"... so go figure. Felt jipped at the end of it all."
"I went there today at around 2 pm (28 Dec 2022) for a simple hair trim. The staff there was so careless that he trimmed my hair very roughly. Final cut on my one side is longer than the other which I realized coming after home. If you really want your hair get messed up, you are very welcome to go there. Otherwise, welcoming: negative service: never experienced like this before in Canberra (nowhere) Finally, I am not sure about the price. Display out there said A$25, but he charged me A$35 (I paid by card)."
