"I have tried many different hair salons before. They have never given me what I really wanted. Taylor talked me through the whole process and what she was going to do after I had shown her what I wanted when colouring and cutting my hair. Everyone was just so lovely, and as a plus I feel like so so confident in my new hair. Thank you so much!!"

"Exceptional staff and service. I don’t see any one person regularly per se as my schedule is chaotic and it doesn’t matter, each and every person and cut/colour is exactly what I hoped. I love the warmth of the environment, and very impressed they’ve taken me from black-to-blonde (and my hair is still in great condition)!"

"Have been coming to Off London for a while now absolutely amazing team, all very friendly and talented from walking in and being greeted either by Kat, Rob or Adam, to having cocktails or coffee from Lincoln, while waiting for my stylist. I book with whoever is available as my grey hairs come through rather fast therefore I’ve had my hair done by a few of the team, Tayla, Claudia, Jayde, Beth, Natalie. They’re all amazing and very talented. They have all educated me on how to maintain my colour and the health of my curly hair. The team at off London know how to give me what I’m after as I do struggle to explain how I’d like my hair to look. Being curly I’m not always certain on what would be the best for my hair type. Highly recommend."

"Really upset with off London. Had a consultation with Taylor regarding different types of hair extensions and to get their recommendations on what to do with my hair. I was recommended to use Great Lengths Extensions for my hair type, hair quality etc. I trusted the stylist’s advice and went ahead with the Great lengths Extensions (I was told approximately 35 extensions were needed for what I was trying to achieve) I showed her photos of what I wanted which was a short blunt bob (no layers) the stylist decided to cut them how she saw fit. I left the salon unhappy that day with the cut and felt the extension weren’t the right colour to match my hair. After the 1st wash (48 hour later) 4 extension fell out and after about 3-4 days another few fell out which left my hair gappy and looked shocking. So I rang the salon to tell them I wasn’t happy with the cut, colour and how 7+ extensions fell out and I needed to come back in so they can look at it and fix it which they agreed to. Once I arrived and after a small argument and me breaking down in tears as I felt they didn’t really care about what I was experiencing and denying things that was said they finally agreed to replace the extension that fell out and put a few extras in free of charge. That day I left the salon feeling better and was under the understanding all should be fine now they have replaced some of the extensions. I didn’t wash them for the 1st 48 hours and but when I did wash them for the 2nd time they started to fall out. I was devastated. So again I rang the salon and requested to speak to the manager as I was so unhappy that the extensions were falling out again. I was told he would call me back straight away the next day still had not heard anything so I had to ring again. Finally spoke with Robbie (the manager) who basically advised me they are probably falling out as my hair is “fragile”‘and “damaged” from the previous salon I went to and there was nothing more they could do for me. Was told “Great lengths are just not for you we have learnt.” I believe that the extension should of not been put in my hair if my hair was so “fragile” and “damaged” and that the extensions were going to fall out in a week. I believe the stylist should of advised me of this and that this may happen but I was never explained any of these things. I would of appreciated their professional opinion and for them to tell me extensions are not suitable for me. I will never go back to this salon. I feel as professionals they should of just told me the honest truth not get me to waste 100’s of dollars!!!!! I am so so upset with this salon. It’s now been 2 weeks since they replaced the extension and I’m down to 3 extension. HOW IS THIS OK? Wanted to do this review in hope it doesn’t happen to someone else."
