"I went into Oporto Weston in Canberra today to get some take away lunch. The girl taking my order couldn't understand basic items on the menu. Another staff member came to assist putting through a whole chicken feed and a Bondi burger box. After waiting for at least 10 minutes they called out the wrong name (I am gold member and my name is on file) they gave me the order. I walked back to the car and noticed half the items were missing. Went back to get the other box of food. Got home to notice didn't receive the drink, 2 X chicken breasts and the dipping sauce. Won't be going back to this Oporto."
"Great spot in Weston and a better option than Macca's. Drive-thru service is shocking though. On more than 1 occasion the order taking crew are too busy trying to rush you through that they don't listen to the order properly. Please, slow down just a touch to actually listen to what your customers are trying to order instead of anticipating and hurrying them through."
"First time ever having Oporto as l never checked to see if they did a vegetarian meal. I had a halloumi wrap (listed as chicken and halloumi minus the chicken). It was fresh, had heaps of halloumi and salad on the wrap and flavoursome. It was extremely filling and would forgo getting chips unless you're exceptionally hungry. The staff were friedly, polilte and efficient in-service, l did not have to wait long for my order. The restraunt itself isn't overly big, but it was clean and tidy. Being lunch time, there were a few people seated. Would recommend using the drive-thru or takeaway rather than sitting in to eat over the busier period. There are plenty of parking spaces to the side, and were several available when l went."
"20+ minutes with no sign of a single Rappa meal, with no notice there would be a delay. Got ignored at the collection counter while they spoke past me to serve delivery drivers and had to go to the register to ask why my order wasn't brought out - I was told it had already been made and sent out and had to point to an empty table to prove otherwise. Ended up getting a slapped together order last minute with no explanation. I have had decent service here in the past but this time I was not impressed."
"Really bad!!!! Ordered online for 6.15 pick up. When I got to the drive through window they said they had ran out of chicken and to come inside and wait for 20 minutes. Waited for 50 minutes till the order was ready. I asked if I could get some extra bread. The guy at the counter said I gave you one already. I then purchased 1 piece of pita bread for $4.25. Really disappointing!!!!!"
