"No respect , no advocacy for client, no respect and values for staff, no job security even after working with them for 12 months , poor management and always finding ways to suck ndis money thru clients . Looks like they do care and advocate for their clients but not in reality . Poor management and weak and uneducated team leaders not all of them but few is enough to spoil the organisation. If complain is made against they there won’t be any action take , because they all need each other to run the business and generate money , money and just money. Doesn’t matter how hard you work , how good you are there is less chance of job security. Rest you guys are smart think before you apply."

"Gross misconduct with care Staff sleeping while being paid to do night shift . Should be looked into . I'm sure some staff think this job is a babysitting job . Which it is not ."
