"I have been to a few clinics from the past, each one of them will sometimes require me to wait for a fair amount of time before they treat me. I was really tired of waiting and it ruined the whole experience for dental appointments. For Civic Gentle Dental Care, I have been there about 5 times and have never waited for more than 5 mins! I really like the way how they treat customers' time provided we respect their time as well. The place is quite easy to find, and probably one of the easiest for parking. This has greatly improved the experience overall. Their professionalism and friendliness attitude is excellent. I have also taken my children there as well, they all love this place and staff.
