"Great practice, went in as I’ve needed a tooth extracted for a while. When I went in, I saw Sadit, he told me about the process of removing the tooth and asked if I had any queries before starting. Sadit and Lena were great, once the tooth was removed they gave me instructions and a leaflet on how to care for the tooth socket. Great customer service from start to finish and even managed to fit me in on short notice. Would recommend"

"Had a wisdom tooth extraction done here and was easily the the worst dental experience I ever had. I was assured that the tooth would come out easily, contrary to previous opinion that it would be a difficult extraction and needed the intervention of an oromaxillofacial surgeon. The dentist I saw said she could do it as a routine extraction. She proved to be wrong however, it was anything but easy! I had a drill in my mouth for two hours! Despite all the drilling and fumbling around with multiple forceps, she could not extract the root and gave up after 2 hours. There was so much pain afterwards! Post procedure X ray (which I took upon request, it was not offered to me) shows most of the root still inside. I was told that I will have to undergo the whole painful procedure again to extract the root. Ten days post procedure and I would rate my pain as still 5/10. I have been on regular pain killers and had to take two different types of painkillers to manage the pain. There was a lot of bruising on the inside of my cheeks, and around my lips which made it excruciatingly painful to open my mouth or chew anything. Recovery has been slow and extremely painful! I would not recommend this practice especially if you are looking for a wisdom tooth extraction. Better play it safe and go to an OMF surgeon for the procedure just to make sure you are in safe and skillful hands. As a medic, I understand that healing process takes time, but this is infliction of unnecessary pain, as I have to go through the whole procedure again to extract the root."
