Allow me to introduce myself, I am Ashley Hugill, the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Oxley. With years of experience in the early education sector and holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, I am passionate about providing a high-quality learning environment for children. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, I believe in utilizing environments as the third teacher and using the voice of children to scaffold their learning.

The first five years of a child's life are crucial for their development. In our dedicated early education centre, children are provided with countless opportunities to build relationships and learn to collaborate with their peers. Family and educator relationships are equally important, and I strive to build strong partnerships with families to help each child reach their full potential.
