"Bought an iPhone SE 2020 for $300. Went home. The earpiece is muffled. Came back. They clean it. It's still not working properly. The guy tries to gaslight me into believing it works fine. Exchange the phone for the same one. Battery has been replaced. I get home, the volume switch, as well as buttons are non functional. Literally gave me 2 broken phones IN A DAY, while saying "we test them". DO you? Because if you did, you would know that both these phones are faulty. Will be returning tomorrow, once they open. I know they don't do refunds, so I will be exchanging it for ANOTHER, THIRD phone. Bought a PS4 Pro previously and was given a faulty, broken controller. Was given a working one. Bought AirPods Pro, they were fake. Exchanged for real ones. Literally every purchase is a scam. Avoid like the plague."

"sold me two phones, both broken - will only refund me a voucher. now I gotta try and get in touch with customer service who seem to only reply a day at a time as there is no phone number to call. one of the staff members, Kai(?) had also mentioned that a bunch of phones were stolen and then sold back to them which made me feel even more worried about the phones I was buying. On top of it all, you constantly have to wait for them to test your products when you bring them back when this all could have been avoided if they had tested them properly to begin with! In reply: Thank you for your response. It is a shame no one has responded to me via twitter messenger, facebook or through the contact form you have on your website. Just putting it out there that either phone did not develop a fault - they were sold to me faulty. The first one (pixel 4a) the mic didn't work correctly which I discovered in a few days, and then the second (pixel 4a 5G) started boot looping after a few hours. The staff member, explained to me that the voucher is all they can provide for me as it has been a month since the initial purchase of the pixel 4a. I don't understand how you have sold me two faulty phones and now refuse to give me my money refund."

"Tried getting an order sent only to find out that despite it says on the store site that they do delivery, that option isn't available online. If you don't do delivery, remove it from here. If you do, fix up the issue."

"I was really nice too see they had so much on offer, I never expected to find actual hardware components such as CPUs GPUs and such. The price of some things I found came off as Yolo and some others being a bit high for second hand etc such as ryzen 3700 being priced almost rrp considering I have a 3800x that id sell for around the same if not lower I do feel some things as far as price range could be managed better."

"Really disappointed, got a controller for $50 and it didn’t work, went to bring it back but the store was shut although staff were sat inside playing games… When I came back again to return the controller they offered me $50 store credit or $14 cash. Will never be coming back here. I would recommend if you need an accessory go to a reliable retailer as I got one that worked brand new for $10 more at EB games"
