"Bought a dive watch online in April. Showed as in stock, but it turned out it wasn't. Called up and they said they would find out how long it would be to get them in, they didn't call me. Gave it a month and called back, still not in stock. Asked for a refund. - the manager isn't in for 4 days, call back then - write it down and get him to refund me when he's next in, or get him to call me - I'll try - you don't need to try, just do it They didn't call me. So I called them. Said they would do a refund. They didn't go a refund 10 days later. I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge to get a refund. Do not shop with them, they are beyond incompetent - they are clearly scammers or crooks. Shocking."

"Instructor for the Open Water Course was excellent, but the admin from the store was a mess. Didn't send participants the 12h of mandatory online learning until Tuesday the week of the course despite multiple requests to provide it earlier- they expected full time workers to complete it between Tues-Fri.."
