They have helped me out numerous times for a range of things including a general service, headlight replacement and issues with recirculate function and reversing light. I am always able to book in within a week of my call, and Chris is easy to deal with. He listens to your concerns, and later will call you to explain what issues they've found and confirm you are happy to go ahead before they do any big/expensive work. Chris also provided other options when possible, such as me sourcing a second-hand part online for less (rather than just having to take the branded part they have), or at other times, he offered a quick fix solution his team could do whilst I decide/save up for a bigger option.
