It's now Macgregor Auto Service, Premium Plus Automotive or Platinum Hand Car Wash and Detailing, depending on the phone he's using. Hasan is extremely rude, unapologetic and lacks customer care. Sad that Mark and Glenn sold their business, because I'd had most excellent service from them and their team for over 15 years. Going elsewhere from now on. Macgregor Auto, when still in Macgregor, quoted over $1,000 for repairs to my daughter's car a couple of years ago. We checked with another mechanic and none of that was required, apart from a frayed seatbelt, which Macgregor Auto didn't pick up on. Stay away!"

"Stuck with non functioning half closed power windows on an interstate vic-canberra-nsw trip is no fun. It can be a total driving nightmare if rained on and not to mention unsecured car parking & half functional aircon/heater. This happened to us on our trip 300km from vic. Despite taking it to our sukuzi dealership at canberra & car in need of urgent repairs we were turned down & just pushed from one door to the other by at least 5 shops saying ‘we are full’.. A stone cold canberra welcome indeed, in an area full of car mechanics. Not wanted to give up we turned a corner to this shop - Promotive and couldn’t believe Glenn from Promotive was the first person to even pay full attention to our problem & had a genuine desire to help us out of this nightmare. He examined the car, checked all fuse as well as car door wiring and was able to get this working again as priority..
