But after wasting heaps of time, they easily said they are able not to accept change of mind return. I was really upset and very close to leave the item there without refund."
"We purchased speaker which costs us $795 but later on we realised it was wrong model, wanted to swap that and get another regardless the fact that we were happy to pay whatever extra cost was! They told us in a very rude way that once the item is purchased from them, they won’t return swap or refund!! Very disappointed!! Regretted not going to JB Hi-Fi !! Never going back there again!! Wish I could give rating in minus!!!!"
"First time I’ve walked into Bing Lee belconnnen and I now ask myself why on earth did I put with the shocking service down the road at the good guys?? After experiencing one of the most rudest and disrespectful retail experiences, I then experienced one of the best from David. Absolute legend - his service & knowledge definitely resolved my issue immediately and sold me a unit that was fit for purpose and had me on my way in next to no time. Extremely quick, knowledge and great customer experience albeit the store was extremely busy for a Saturday lunch time. Kudos to the Bing Lee team and David - I will definitely be back and never shopping down the road.Thank you!"
