"We got there a little bit late 30 mins before they close to eat inside on the way back from snowy mountain, the guy who worked there on that evening , his customer service is very good. He let us to eat inside until we finished our meal even he's cleaning all the chairs, tables & floor & already closed their door. After we finished he was about to clean our rubbish on the table too. Never seen that kind of lovely service at fast food place."

"obviously somewhat new management. the line has always been slow moving but it’s getting beyond ridiculous. the man taking orders today couldn’t understand anyone in drive through so was instead taking orders at the window not the speaker. sort it out"

"The management of this restaurant is horrible. My partner ordered at 5:40pm via the red rooster app, she then receives a message at 6:13pm saying her order has been modified or cancelled and she needs to call the store. She calls the store and is answered by the manager Bravin, he is unaware of the order. He says he'll call the head office and find out what's going on. She waits another 30 minutes before calling again, as the manager hadn't called back. Apparently they can't find her order at head office and as we didn't have a car at the time, she'll just have to go without the food tonight and it will be sorted tomorrow. She had an email confirmation of the order and the money had been taken out of her account. A normal manager would've asked her to just to forward the email and confirm the order that way. He continues to complain that it isn't his fault, which while true, he should accept accountability for the businesses system issues. He calls back 20 minutes later saying she will get a refund tonight. She has to wait for a message. She hasn't recieved a refund after another 20 minutes and never got an apology. This whole process took around 2 hours. She has since been told a day later that her refund will take 6 days to complete and has had to deal with rude and disrespectful behaviour from the manager. Go any where else for food or you'll go hungry"
