"Took them over 5 minutes to acknowledge me being there - they were literally just standing around talking. When I finally got attended they said they’d never had that item in the menu. I have literally had it before and saw it ON THEIR MENU. I had been to another EQ, so was expecting more. These guys need better training."

Food and drinks are well presented and service is quick even though it's a busy cafe. This is a good place for small and large groups. EQ also has a conference/private room for work and personal events."

"Lovely breakfast at this bustling cafe. It was hard to get workers attention to place the order and get a table. Was smooth going after being seated and placing our order. Recommend the hot chocolate and the Zone Breakfast. Was advised that the Omelette and Breakfast Wraps were good. Will definitely try out their dinners soon."
