"One can discern between a cafe run by happy employees and one run by employees who are there just to earn money. Rashays is certainly a cafe run by employees who seem to be valued by the employer and who are willing to go 'above and beyond' to give their customers an experience to remember. We have frequently visited Rashays at Rhodes (Sydney) and loved their food, coffee and hospitality. Recently, we had the pleasure to visit Rashays at Woden in Canberra. We were two adults and two boys and wanted to have beverages. The lady at the counter and the one serving us helped us celebrate a birthday in the family. They got us all the essentials and were just happy to make the birthday a special day to remember. Being an Australian family owned and operated chain of cafes and restaurants, we have also had the pleasure of meeting Rami at Rhodes, just after the COVID 19 lockdown ended in Sydney. He was just as warm and welcoming as Rashays staff."

"It was our last day in Canberra, and we made a quick stop in the mall to get something before leaving – accidentally came across this restaurant and decided to give it a go as I had seen lot of marketing videos online, I must say I was not disappointed – the mushroom sauce was amazing; food came really quickly, and the staff was really helpful. Would visit again!"

"I was going to get Dominos but I decided to go here instead. I ordered online and then came into the store. After waiting 20 minutes I was asked to repeat my order, and told the kitchen was understaffed. The waitress was very apologetic and the pizza was only 5 minutes late. The medium pizza came in an XL box but it was filling and well made."

"Food was ok, fish didn’t tasted like it was Barramundi as stated on the menu. I guess you pay for what you get for $25. Service was a hit & miss. Some waitress was absolutely friendly & attentive. But there was one particular waitress I had on the day 13/2 that could not even bother to crack a smile. Hence the overall 4 star for both food & service."

"The coffee was really nice. The egg and sausage muffin though... the meat was really gritty and didn't taste of the best quality. I would go back to try dinner as the prices are reasonable. Staff were efficient and pleasant."
