Reviews
"Top quality duck and noodles. Plum sauce was perfect. Delivered super efficiently. Wonderful food."
"Found a nail in the dumplings that we ordered and my daughter almost swallowed it!!! She thought her braces broke. Need full refund. And an explanation! Clicked a photo for you. Goodness gracious going to have to report you."
"Being visitors to Canberra, we were unsure where to take our family of 5 for dinner. After reading reviews we settled on Ginger and Spice and were not disappointed! The food was incredible, especially the hand made dumplings and the green curry. It was family friendly, would definitely recommend if you are after good quality Chinese food."
"The restaurant has been our go to for a few years now and has changed a bit over time. The food is quite delicious (though the portions have shrunken a bit). The interior was upgraded a while back and then toned down shortly after. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. The service is just passable. Everyone seems to be doing their job but not with a happy face (apart from the lovely lady who makes the dumplings who always gives us a smile). The place really has the potential to be great and I hope they'll get there eventually. Update June 2024: It seems everything is still going slowly downhill with this restaurant. The portions are getting smaller and generally seem to be skimping on the good stuff. The fried rice was not prepared fresh and tasted pretty bland and dry. The service is still pretty unfriendly and it seems they want you out the door as quickly as possible. Shame."
