"We had a great experience for dinner. All our orders were very tasty, the staff was kind and explained the taste and the way different food was made. I think for food and service both together this is the best place we visited in a while, deserves all the 5 star it received."
"Beautiful, lively atmosphere. Service was ordinary, merely the "standard" that is taught to novice waiters. Food was the furthest thing from "modern interpretations of regional Italian dishes". I had the Gnocchi Della Terra which was quite bland, while my wife ordered the Trecento Carbonara - which was nothing like the Carbonara we ordered in Rome. Wine was ok, but I could tell the bottle was not freshly opened due to the oxidisation. Hope we can return in the future and it is better."
"I think it was not a good day or time to visit it. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, but I feel this restaurant has seen better days. We found the place via Google and the feature to book it via Google as well was pretty cool. After that everything was just a miss. Their plates and cutlery look and feel worn out. I ordered a glass of wine which came hot mildly hot, probably the glass was close to the oven. The food was ok. There were a couple of items that had wrong prices in the menu vs their system. I warned the crew but paid the extra because I didn't think it was worth the hassle for $1.5. But overall, the experience was just not good and I wouldn't bother coming back."
"Came for lunch on a Sunday on the recommendations of an Italian acquaintance. We tried two pizzas cooked in a wood fire oven, a pasta carbonara, slow cooked pork belly, risotto and calamari. All dishes were tasty and delicious. The pizza base was fluffy and chewy with a balanced amount of toppings. We’d like to come back and try the other pizzas too. Pork belly melted in your mouth after each bite. The carbonara could use a bit more pepper. We got so full with no room left for deserts. It got a bit busy. There was only one staff but she was friendly, calm, helpful and very effective in welcoming walk-ins here, taking orders there, serving and doing the cash register! Convenient online booking available. Car park available nearby."
"The food was excellent while the service was sub-par. Regardless though we'd definitely be back as they were friendly, just forgetful! The pizza dough was airy and light. As a side, the potatoes exceeded the expectations of our table's seasoned potato expert!"
