"Look, read the reviews and be prepared to waste time and money. Do you want to pay $30 for a pizza that may or may not be delivered in 1-2 hours, if ever? If you really need Crust, go with the Weston store. Management, don't reply to tell me your team will use this as a learning experience because you're doing things that should never happen. Please think about whether running a business is the right choice for you. Edit: Is the reply from management a joke? You won't be seeing me in store, mate. Edit 2: Is the business model based on a scam? Accept payment for goods you never intend to provide? Hide behind customer service of third party delivery services, hoping customers will find it too hard to seek a refund and give up? The reviews here are pretty concerning and I find it hard to believe a simple pizza delivery could accidentally be this inept for this long. Maybe the ACCC needs to be involved. Edit 3: Beware of recent 5 star reviews bringing their rating back from the brink. Fake? Just like all the orders that never arrived?"

"A shame the quality and size of Crust pizza's have declined considerably and still delivery takes over 1hr. Sorry to say but the pizza's don't taste like they use to. Quality doesn't match the price tag."

"Staff error putting vegetarian supreme sauce on a medetarainian lamb pizza. Instead of remaking the pizza like they should they have decided to try and cover it up by drowning the pizza in mint sauce."

"Don’t bother. If you’re a local you’ll know crust has been around for a long time and used to be the best pizza shop in the area. Unfortunately not anymore. On multiple occasions when getting delivery pizza has arrived hours late usually with the wrong order also and no apology. If you want an apology you basically have to beg for one as these people have zero manners or customer service skills. Thought I’d try pick up instead as the pizzas have still been good enough to take the risk but this was the last time I’ll be visiting. Ordered online, estimated pick up time was 15 minutes. I get to the store 20 minutes after ordering the guy looks around and then proceeds to tell me “10 minutes” - they hadn’t even started making the pizza yet! Another 20 minutes rolls round I check again, he says it’s going in the oven now. Eventually an hour after ordering he calls out my name, no apology no nothing. Pizzas this time were appalling and tasted horrible compared to usual. I’m sure management will probably respond to this review saying please contact us so we can address your concerns but they never do. Moral of the story - don’t go here."
