"Food: we ordered fried chicken, corn cheese and army hotpot. We are pretty happy about the fried chicken, which has above average quality. However, the corn cheese tastes purely like corn and a little bit cheese, can change the name to “corn with cheese” since not enough cheese. Hot pot as shown below with one third of spring onion and onion to fill in, which makes the pot stuffy with non-eatable stuff(ofc they are eatable, but we are not paying to have spring onions here). Service: I came to the counter, told the girl who works here I wish to order chips to start with in person instead of ordering online. ( I don’t trust online payment in random website). She said yes and I left. Few mins later, she told me if I need to order anything i must come to the counter. I asked her that if her meaning is I need to pay it first. she said yes, tbh I don’t mind paying upfront, but girl you need to let your customer know straight away instead of letting her go and make her to come again to pay. As first time customer, I do not have the right to know every rules within your restaurant, and at least you can be nicer to me, let’s say giving me one smile, not letting me feel like it’s my fault that I didn’t pay so I can’t be served. The guy over the counter is actually quite nice, but when I complained about this incident he didn’t respond to me. So I believe further customer service would be essential. Long story to short, I’ll give only 2 Stars for the fried chicken, and try not to order other food since it’s risky. And if you don’t want to pay online, YOU MUST WAIT AT THE COUNTER FOR FEW MINUTES WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS, and nobody gonna tell you until you pay."
"Heard great things about this place had to come in to try. Ordered 2 things since we only wanted a light meal. Seafood pan cake: very underwhelming, it was mostly vegetable and batter. The flavor is ok but the texture is all wrong, not crispy enough and too caky. Overall 4/10 Banban fried chicken (soy/ sweet chili) very flavorful sauce and crispy yet tender chicken. Portion size could be more generous but maybe it’s just because it tastes too good. 9/10 Friendly staff, cute decor, reasonable priced. Would recommend 8/10"
"Stopped in here without a booking and they were able to accommodate us. We were greeted at the door very quickly and shown to our seats. Ordering is done at the bar, and they brought our order out quickly, so service and wait times are great. Food was delicious, and portions were just right. Worth noting too, is that they have Korean craft beers, which I haven't often seen in other Korean restaurants. Very cool. We'll definitely be coming back."
"The boys at the restaurant were courteous and food was served within minutes. Excellent work. The dishes were okay but would have liked more flavours. The ambience is more suited for a quick meal."
"Wow! What an experience! My partner and I booked the same day for our anniversary as our other Korean restaurant was booked, however we couldn't be happier. The service was very prompt and we hardly waited before our entrees were brought out. Simply put, the food was incredible. The rice cake skewers, fried chicken, dumplings and combination calamari/pork sizzling dishes were phenomenal. I also thought the bottle of souju + 2 Cass beers for $29 was very well priced, as well as the other wine offerings. Easily top 3 best Korean restaurants in Adelaide for sure. We will definitely be back!"
