"I recently bought 500gms of frozen chicken sausages and I don’t very often shop here but it was on my way so decided to go for some stuffs and they charged me $16.99 for 500gm of chicken sausage and the receipt says 600gm and the rest is written in Chinese. For real, who charge $16.99 for 500gm of chicken sausage? And the receipt says 600gm. I’m too far to go and get a refund this is totally fraud. You need to write a price of a product not charge a customer $16.99 for 500gm of sausages stating 600gm in a receipt what a rip off and the attitude of the cashier they don’t even say thank you. Very rude I don’t mind you guys not writing the product name in English but atleast charge a fair price. This is called stealing from customer. I hope i get reply after this review."
"I used to go to Time supermarket for groceries. However, please be aware that they might be selling expired items. I bought a pack of fried tofu puff without checking its expiry date, and the product was expired on 13th of August, which is 8 days ago. I went home and unpacked all my shopping, and I then realised it was expired. I rang them and they told me I had to return it so that I can get my refund, which is extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all."
"FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AT TIME SUPERMARKET I recently had an extremely disappointing visit to Time Supermarket, which I feel compelled to share. My experience was marred by multiple issues that left me thoroughly unsatisfied. First and foremost, I encountered an incorrect price on one of the products I intended to purchase. As a customer, I expect the prices displayed on the shelves to accurately reflect what I'm actually charged at the checkout. It's frustrating and unfair to be surprised with a higher price than anticipated. Furthermore, the checkout service I received was absolutely horrendous. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect in a customer-facing role. The entire process was slow and disorganized, adding unnecessary time and frustration to what should have been a simple transaction. To compound matters, I encountered products that were not properly labeled with their prices. This lack of transparency is not only inconvenient but also raises questions about the integrity of the supermarket's pricing practices. Customers should never be left guessing about the cost of items they wish to purchase. I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues promptly. Customers deserve accurate pricing, efficient service, and clear price displays. Unless there are significant improvements, I'm afraid I'll have to reconsider whether I'll continue to patronize this establishment. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and that the necessary steps are taken to rectify these problems. As someone who values their shopping experience, I genuinely hope to see positive changes at Time Supermarket in the future."
"In general I wouldn’t mind going to this place as most of male staff who are stocking stuff and working in the meat and seafood section are nice. But I am deciding not going any more because some of the female cashiers are ridiculously rude and lazy. No any customer skills at all. Eg: when checking out, they never ask if you need a bag or pack stuff even when you gave your shopping bags to them, which obviously is part of their jobs. After all, there are so many other reviews complaining about those girls’ bad customer service. I really hope the owner can see the reviews and improve this part."
"There is limited option for the fresh product but you have so many option for asian spices and also frozen food. Only the customer service was bad, the lady at the cashier didnt smile or say anythinf even when i talked with them or they dont know how to speak may be?"
