"Rude costumer service, isn't very friendly and looks at you weirdly. Like sorry you didn't include to have an ID. Maybe next time write it down. I have a lot to say. I bought something online for my mums birthday, went to the store after school and it looked like they were expecting someone rich and wealthy, not all people who bit such an expensive brand is rich. Accidently interrupted someone, said sorry and all I got back was a rude look. I even said sorry. Also the bows and gift wrapping was not worth 5 bucks, save your money. The bow was done oddly and yes this is harsh but hire or retrain them to be nicer and more kind to everyone not just the elderly, it makes them feel unwanted and it is just rude."

"Raciest and didn't even acknowledge that I was in the store I waited more than 20 minutes. But I could see the other people who walked after me got served with a nice greeting ( they were Caucasian). I was the only dark skin person at the time in the store. Completely ignored me"

"I have to agree with the many other reviewers here - the customer service was extremely poor. I was there for Christmas shopping but basically whatever assistance I needed, I got declined. A staff just told me coldly that she was serving another customer then turned around; another was not occupied but not coming to help. More problematic was that the information that the staff gave me was incorrect - they told me all watches were displayed in the same area while I then found several scattered in other display cupboards. I asked about an item I saw online coming with a different price in the shop - they told me it was because of the colour but that was not true and they were too lazy to double-check for me (or at least let me finished my questions / showing them the item I was looking for from the official website). The most unpleasant thing was that I came into the shop with my Black male friend, and he got a lot of unfriendly looks to an uncomfortable extent that he had to escape the shop leaving me shopping alone. He kept being asked ‘how could I help you’ - a signal showing him that he shouldn’t be there."
