"Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Took my upright vacuum in for service as advised over the phone, only to be greeted with ‘we don't service that model as its 20 years old. There was no greeting, not even a hello or how can we help? Was told parts are not available. The unit works fine aside from a worn power cable which was a concern. The facts are the unit is 13 years old from date of purchase, parts are available and can be sourced. My recommendation is to avoid this company if possible or raise concerns to Dyson direct."

"I am very disappointed with the level of service and that this is the only place that Dyson items can be repaired in Adelaide. I've had two items repaired recently and both had problems. Most recently, I purchased a $40 filter for my stick vacuum. Got home and changed it but realized I needed to get the vacuum properly serviced. When I picked up the vacuum, a new filter was on my $135 invoice. They threw away my brand new filter and would not offer a discount or provide me with a spare filter. Second repair was 2 months ago through Harvey Norman under warranty. My tower hot/cool fan was sent there for repair. It was returned to me with sticky tape ALL over the fan. I have no idea why. I also did not get my remote returned to me. Harvey Norman was nice enough and has a new remote on order for me. They also were not sure why the tape was on my fan but provided some ideas for getting the sticky stuff off. I'm still waiting on the replacement remote and cannot test the fan without the remote (the setting that was broken is dependent on the remote). When I spoke with the owner at Sure Vision he was really rude. I told him I wouldn't be taking our Dyson products there for service again, and he told me I have no choice as he is the only service center in South Australia. I guess he knows he has the monopoly and is not incentivized to offer good customer care. In the future, I will mail my Dyson items to Sydney for service. I'd happily pay postage not to have to deal with him again."
