Eurocar Service

"Would give this "mechanic" 0 stars if I could. Our car was taken to Eurocar in early December which is where it was until late May. During this time Rob made continuous excuses and delays in returning our vehicle. At one point he stopped returning calls and texts messages altogether, only to have a lady with no knowledge of the situation call us and try to blame us for the situation. We even took a day off work one day to come see him and the He wasn't even there, nor did he answer his phone. There were numerous people outside the locked gate, all apparently waiting to see him. Upon the threat of being taken to court Rob decided he didn't want to work on the car anymore and demanded that we pay $7,000 to have it returned. Upon taking our car to a more reputable mechanic we were advised that the car was in such a state of disrepair it would take a further $10,000 to return to a drivable state. My elderly mother has now been without a car since November 2022 and is facing the prospect of paying $17,000 for the privilege due to Rob's excuses and shoddy work. Please never use this business"

"So far, Rob has taken 7 weeks to repair my automatic transmission and still it is not fixed. I am very disappointed with Rob's service and would not recommend you use Eurocar Services."

"Rob would have to be one of the most professional and honest mechanics I’ve ever used. I was recommended to see Rob after buying my Audi RS5. I needed new rear rotors and new bushes. After getting a quote from Audi and thinking I might need to get a second mortgage, I spoke with Rob and he was able to source new rotors and bushes from the manufacturer direct and charged almost 50% less for labor. I ended up saving literally thousands! Rob also took the time to educate me on the whole suspension and break assembly as I was very interested to learn. I couldn’t be happier with his service, knowledge and commitment to the customer and cannot recommend him highly enough! Thanks Rob! "After having my VN commodore iv owned for 31 years resprayed, the car would not run and it seemed to have blown the engine requiring a rebuild that other mechanics had suggested and this was at the cost of approx $16500. I had my car dropped off to Rob and his mechanical knowledge and expertise is unbelievable. It was Diagnosed by Rob and he was able to to get the engine running perfectly again saving me thousands of dollars on the rebuild. I left it with Rob after that to carry out other work on it in which was done precisely and the care of workmanship is out standing. He has bent over backwards to help me and for that I thank him. I will not hesitate to highly reccomend Rob to anyone to have their car worked on by him and his staff and I will not be taking my Car anywhere but here from now on in.
