"Don't know how this business has such great reviews, unless it's just friend's and family which would explain it. Booked our vehicle in for a service(which is a new vehicle still under new car warranty), the guy decided to take it upon himself to carry out a second service, without even calling us to see if it was ok because it was close to the next service interval. This doubled our initial quote totaling almost $1000 in oil alone. Only decided to call us once he'd carried out both services to see if wanted our wheel bearings adjusted as one was loose and wanted an extra $30 to do that along with some engine belts that needed replacing. Obviously everyone that goes to this guy is made of money or just plain mad and don't mind being taken for chumps, but I for one don't and I would have preferred to rebook for the next service and have my vehicle leave a place of repair safe rather than being robbed and sent away with an unsafe vehicle. Please be aware of this guy, especially if young or elderly cause he will rob you. Will never return or recommend."
