Reviews
"Super disappointed in the food. Absolutely not worth the price we paid. Without sounding like a "Karen" we could have absolutely gotten the same type of meal, but even better, from Noodlebox. Service was great though."
"I have travelled Asia extensively and been to Hong Kong over twenty times. We went to Tang court expecting a Flower Drum experience. The entree was fine then the quality of the food took a dive. Service also stated off well then was non existent. For a very minimal meal for four people and one bottle of Australian wine was $785. Possibly the worst restaurant experience ever. They were out of numerous dishes and wines."
"Hands down the best restaurant on the Gold Coast. The food was exceptional and the service was even better. Especially Akiko who made some excellent recommendations and was so attentive and lovely. The lobster and sweet and sour pork were stand out dishes. We had a romantic dinner for two but would be fun to come as a group and do the whole Peking duck. It looked delicious."
"This is a true Cantonese style restaurant. The one and only in Queensland! Not sure if everyone would enjoy it but I have to say it was so good that we came two weekends in a row and it was a two hours drive for us to get there! Chef is very experience. It tasted like the good cantonese restaurants in HK. Price is ok for a true cantonese taste that I can’t get anywhere in Qld. We ordered dim sum, spinach, sweet and sour pork, and vermicelli noodles. So happy to finally find a place that taste like home. Please don’t change and try to adapt to local taste! My only wish is they have hot cantonese desserts to end the meal. Can’t wait for the visit."
"Fabulous service and world class food. A landmark restaurant for the Gold Coast and for Queensland. Cocktails are innovative Wine list is comprehensive Fine-dining Cantonese fit for a special occasion. The recommendations of Duck Three Ways and toothfish were excellent but if you’re looking for the best crispy pork belly Cantonese style on The Coast - you’ve found it. This is only a local/Australian interpretation compared to the offerings of its namesake in Hong Kong though."
