"Read the fine Print Folks. My wife buys from these guys all the time and lots of it. I'm tasked in returning a $270 dress to Pacific Fair. I have the receipt it's tagged it's current stock and I have the original credit card details . Should be easy, right? Wrong. After being questioned for five minutes on where the dress was bought and did I have the credit card details they found the purchase date was seven days over the Gorman 14 return day stipulation. Wow, seven days. It felt like they didn't want to help and 14 days Gorman is a bit rich. I got 30 days on a $90 grand vehicle. Our old mate 'customer service's and his cousin, customer loyalty don't exist at Gorman."
